Is this one-on-one personalised coaching?

Yes - every plan is built around you. Your goals, training experience, schedule, and lifestyle shape everything we do. You’ll get one-on-one support, weekly check-ins, daily motivational/educational videos and ongoing adjustments to make sure the plan fits your life and delivers results.

How long does the program run?

The Reset & Rebuild system runs for 12 weeks - enough time to build momentum, reset your structure, and see dramatic change. I've had clients lose 10-15 kilos in that time, but results always depend on your effort and consistency. If your goal’s bigger, we’ll map out the long game so you can keep progressing sustainably without burning out.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. The Reset + Rebuild System meets you where you’re at - whether you’re just getting started or getting back into it after years off. You’ll build strength, fitness, and confidence at your own pace.

Is this just another workout plan?

Nope. This isn’t a cookie-cutter training program. It’s a complete system that helps you rebuild structure, improve habits, and perform better physically and mentally - inside and outside the gym.

Do I need access to a gym?

You’ll get a tailored plan based on your setup - gym or home. Every program is custom-built around your schedule, equipment, and goals.

What kind of results can I expect?

Most clients start feeling a noticeable difference in energy, strength, and confidence within the first few weeks. Fat loss, muscle tone, and mental clarity follow naturally when structure and habits are locked in.

How much time do I need to commit?

You can start with just 3+ hours a week - your plan is built to fit your lifestyle, not take it over. Some clients see amazing results training only 2–3 sessions per week. Obviously, the more you do, the faster you'll see results - but, it’s about consistency and quality, not volume.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes! You’ll get a flexible, whole-food-based nutrition plan that suits your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. No extreme diets, no unnecessary restrictions.

How long before I see results?

You’ll start feeling the difference within the first few weeks - more energy, better sleep, and improved focus.
Physical changes typically show between weeks 4–6.

Will be be working with you directly?

Absolutely. You’ll check in with me every week, and I’ll personally review your progress, update your plan, and keep you accountable.
You won’t get passed off to another coach or handed to an assistant like in other programs - when you join, you work directly with me from start to finish.
